First of all, thanks for coming up with this blog. I find it useful and have been coming here every now and then to get updates.
Having been a member for the past 6 years, I've gone through the same problems as many others concerning getting reservations done. It was frustrating, especially when you consider you've paid RM15,000 for it.
But according to my latest experience, It looks like it has changed positively.
I dealt with Encik Azhan, who assisted me in clearing all my 18 nights. I needed to clear all of them before April 3rd, and I had doubts that I could even secure hotels that soon.
I went to the office in person, and Encik Azhan sat with me for a good two hours, and we sorted out the nights one by one. In the end, he was able to get no less than 13 trips reserved for me.
He was absolutely professional. He was helpful and never complained despite all the clutters and confusion caused by the short notice.
At one time, I felt I've made a stupid mistake buying a timeshare like HGVC, but my perception is changing.
We are having a meeting this Saturday 21st February as the Liaison committee with the Trustee and HGVC management. If you have any pending issues, please let us know.
