Clause 11.2(1)

Good morning.
The above refers. I have paid my AMF on July 7th, 2007 and has put in a request for extension in your Ipoh office. Regret to note that to date I have yet to receive any official confirmation.

I'd like to quote below which I think is relevant, from my prospectus dated January 28, 2000;

Clause 11.2(l) "that the Operator shall have proper and adequate systems and equipment to facilitate convenient transactions between the Timeshare Members and Operator".

I await your comment and confirmation ASAP.
